Europe Part I

11 days Europe + 4 days Phuket immediately thereafter = one very sick fadedbutterfly. Been having the fever, flu, sorethroat and cough for the last few days.

Brief photo updates.

Netherlands. Just in time for the famous tulips visit. We did not go to Keukenhof as everyone else did (otherwise it'd have been jam packed with people!) but instead to the wild tulip farms around the area. Haary was kind enough to have spent the day driving us about, snapping photos and driving by Keukenhof, I was mighty glad we didn't go in as the tulips in the wild were so much prettier and mightier than the contained garden ones. Endless rows of colourful single and double petal tulips.

Makes u feel like falling on top of this petal quilt

In whatever colour u want

Like a jigsaw puzzle print

We went to Madurodam (all of miniature Netherlands in one location) again as there was a Magic Ice Zoo; an ice carving exhibition going on at the same time. At -11'c, coming out of the meat freezer was the only way we felt warmish from the windy terrains of Netherlands! There was a mini tobagan ride that we made the mistake of going on cos our fingers almost fell off after that.

Wheee!!!

Fake street in Madurodam

A real windmill that we climbed, it stinks of damp wood
